Ant McPartlin’s Estranged Wife Breaks Silence After His Drink Drive Arrest

Ant McPartlin’s estranged wife Lisa Armstrong has broken her silence after his drink drive arrest, insisting she’s ‘not interested’.

The Strictly Come Dancing make-up artist – who Ant left in January – said she had no reply to his decision to step down from Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway and head to rehab for a second time.

“I’m sorry I’m not interested,” Lisa said when asked this afternoon whether she would discuss the incident, which police are still investigating.

She spoke over the intercom of the plush four-bedroom house in Chiswick, west London, which she used to share with Ant before their divorce announcement.

There was also no answer at the intercom of the home of Ant’s telly partner Declan Donnelly, who lives in a similar detached house just two doors away.

Neighbours also appeared protective of the telly star, with several refusing to comment on his latest turmoil.

A woman, who appeared to be in her 40s, in a house across the road, said: “We won’t be saying anything. Thank you.”
