Ant McPartlin is facing fresh anguish as it’s reported he could lose custody of his beloved dog following his drink-driving charge.
The TV presenter’s Chocolate Labrador Hurley had been in the car alongside him and mum Christine Woodhall, during the collision on Sunday in South West London.
Estranged wife Lisa Armstrong, 41, is said to have now taken control of the dog after Ant announced plans to return to rehab.
Five-year-old Lab Hurley was spotted being taken for a stroll by dog walkers hired by the Strictly make-up artist in the days after Ant’s arrest.
Lisa and Ant have been sharing joint custody of their dog since announcing their divorved in January – but had been expected to battle it out over who keeps the pet permanently.
Following his recent struggles, Ant has been spotted on numerous occasions with Hurley close to his side in recent months, and even took the dog to Britain’s Got Talent filming.
