Fiz Stape is in for a huge shock on next week’s Coronation Street when she makes a huge discovery about her daughter. Firstly she will find out that partner Tyrone sought comfort in Gemma’s arms and ended up sleeping with her. Then there’s another nasty surprise as she discovers who is really behind the recent trouble.
In Friday night’s episodes, Fiz told Tyrone Dobbs that she was moving out with daughter Hope because she feared Ruby would harm her. Tyrone and his partner have been rowing over Ruby’s bad behaviour which is spiralling out of control – with Fiz suggesting the youngster has inherited mum Kirsty’s anger. But Fiz discovers that Hope is actually the problem child when she catches her about to push Joseph down the stairs. Fiz realises that her own daughter has been responsible for all the recent naughty behaviour.
It puts Fiz in a very awkward situation as she blamed Ruby and refused to live in the same house as her until she saw a child psychologist. Will she break the shocking news to Tyrone? For months Corrie viewers have been pointing out a fault in Fiz’s logic after she claimed Ruby’s bad behaviour was caused by evil Kirsty’s genes. However, fans of the soap were quick to mention that seemingly innocent Hope is the spawn of murderer John Stape – will young Hope grow up to be like her dead dad.
