SCARLETT Moffatt admitted in text messages to taking pills as she battled to lose weight for her fitness DVD.
The revelation comes a week after the former I’m A Celeb winner’s representatives denied “categorically” she had done so as The Sun on Sunday exposed her diet regime as a sham.
She fired off the texts while at a secret boot camp in Switzerland to prepare for filming.
In one she said: “He worked me to the max . . . had me popping pills and I lost 0.4 of a pound. I said the drugs don’t work and he called me a t*t.”
She also wrote: “Had me in tears yesterday, forcing me to take these tablets that were giving me heart palpitations.”
The identity of Scarlett’s trainer in Switzerland is not known.
She sent the texts to David Souter, who was hired to choreograph and train the telly favourite in the UK for her DVD.
He told The Sun on Sunday: “The messages about the pills were sent to me by Scarlett two days after she complained to me that she felt sick and had vomited after arriving in Switzerland.
“I thought, ‘What the f*** are they doing with pills?’. There was no need for it.
