A SICK prankster has left a vile review about the restaurant owned by the couple whose car was wrecked in Ant McPartlin’s “drink-drive” crash – boasting of their “Saturday Night Takeaway”.
Faheem and Shilpa Vanoo were in their Mini Cooper when it was hit by the presenter’s own Mini – leaving them having to take their four-year-old daughter Amaira to hospital.
Ant was arrested at the scene on suspicion of being over the alcohol limit after failing a breathalyser test.
The couple run the acclaimed Pure Indian restaurant in Fulham, London, and have spoken about their anger over the crash – which took place when they also had two colleagues in the car.
Their restaurant has a host of top-rated reviews on sites like TripAdvisor and Yelp, but one cruel troll took to Google to leave a write-up that belittled the family’s ordeal.
Using the name Bogus Jim, they wrote: “Popped in the other evening for a Saturday night takeaway.
“Only had a mini appetite but the impact the food had on me was belting. I did have a little too much to drink so took the wise decision to leave the old Mini parked outside.
“Didn’t want to cause a smash or get breathalysed. That would have cost me a fortune and possibly my job.
“My boss might have wanted me to go to rehab – but I’d have said no, no, no.”
