Renowned football manager Ferario Spasov has met a tragic end in a high-speed collision. Spasov served as the manager of Bulgarian team Dunav Lom.
Reports from Bulgaria indicate that the incident took place at 17:00 near Veliko Tarnovo on the road connecting Sofia and Varna. The 61-year-old Spasov was on his way home to Lovech after overseeing a match between Dunav and Lokomotiv Gorna Oryahovitsa.
The traffic accident occurred when the vehicle driven by Spasov was rear-ended by a Mercedes sports car. Spasov passed away at the scene.
