FORMER Wales and Lions player Peter Morgan has died at the age of 65. The talented utility back toured South Africa with the British Lions in 1980 and also captained Llanelli to a victory over Australia in 1984.

Morgan played five times for Wales during his career.

He was called up for the Lions during their 1980 tour but he did not feature in any of the test matches.
